WHEN DOES UHPW START?

The next 8-week UHPW program begins on Tuesday, May 31, spots are limited. Orientation will be on Tuesday, May 24. This program is online, so you can participate from wherever you choose.

WHEN ARE SESSIONS HELD?

Sessions are filmed live on Tuesdays – you're welcome to join then OR you can complete the program at your own pace. Session modules will be uploaded to your Hub by the next day. Want to attend live, but Tuesdays don’t work? Join the live play where you’ll connect with your community live for the planet’s best viewing party.

HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?

Live trainings with Karissa are roughly 90-120 minutes. We recommend allotting about three hours a week.

WHAT IF I CANNOT JOIN THE WEEKLY SESSIONS?

The replay of your weekly training will be available in your UHPW Hub within 24 hours. The UHPW program is designed for you to participate at your own pace – so if you are determined to join us live every week, that’s great! However, if you can’t make it during those hours, the replay will always be available for you to catch up on when you can.

IS UHPW FOR WOMEN ONLY?

UHPW is an inclusive community open to people of all genders.

IF I’VE ALREADY DONE UPW, IS UHPW FOR ME?

Yes. As Tony says, you must commit to CANI – Constant and Never-ending Improvement! This program is deeply concentrated on identity and taking steps to discover who you really are at your core.

Unleash the Power Within jolts you out of old habits that aren’t serving you anymore and teaches you how to overcome any challenge life throws your way.

Unleash Her Power Within helps your head get into true alignment with your heart and soul so you can take consistent action as you move forward on your journey.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

The Unleash Her Power Within program is a virtual experience that takes place over the course of 8 weeks. During the first week you will create a sustainable foundation and continue to build on it each week after that.

Every Tuesday, you’ll have the opportunity to join Karissa for live for training – or you can catch the replay if you can’t make it. All trainings are recorded and will be available within 24 hours. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in UHPW’s signature Power 5 Breakout where you’ll create new friendships and support circles with other people from all over the world.

Worried about being too busy during this season of your life? UHPW is designed to go at your own pace. Complete your 8 week program at a time that works for you.
